Whole Baked Turkey
Preheat oven to 300°F Remove outer and inner bags and place turkey and juices in large roasting pan Heat uncovered on lower rack in oven for 2-2.5 hours Let rest 20 minutes before carving and serving
Baked Turkey Breast
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove turkey from the wrapper. Do not stuff. Place turkey breast skin side up, on a flat roasting rack in 2-inch open roasting pan. Do not add water. Lightly brush skin with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray for best appearance Place in oven and heat until warm; 45–90 minutes Check temperature with a meat thermometer. The temperature should be 130–140°F. Carve and serve immediately
Spiral Ham
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Remove packaging, reserving liquid. Place ham cut side down on a large sheet of foil in roasting pan. Pour reserved liquid over ham and wrap completely with foil. Warm ham in oven for 10-12 minutes per pound. Do not overheat.
Mashed Potatoes
Instructions:
- Oven
- Preheat Oven to 350°F
- Cover mashed potatoes with foil and place in oven
- Bake 25-30 minutes until product reaches a minimum temperature of 160°F, stirring occasionally for even heating. Heating times will vary.
- Microwave
- Open package and place in microwave safe dish
- Stir potatoes and rotate container during heating.
- Heating time varies depending on microwave wattage.
- Heat in 5-minute increments, stir, and repeat until product reaches a minimum temperature of 160°F.
- Stir and serve
Gravy
Instructions:
- Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Open package and place in an oven safe dish
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil, place in oven and heat for 35-40 minutes
- Remove and stir
- Heat until it reaches a temperature of 165°F
- Microwave
- Open package and place in a microwave safe dish
- Cover with heat safe plastic wrap
- Poke 5 small holes in the wrap
- Place in microwave and heat on high for approximately 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
- Stir and Serve
Butter Corn
Oven Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Remove cover
- Cover with aluminum foil
- Place in oven and heat until hot, stir twice in 10-minute increments while heating
Stuffing
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in an oven safe pan. Add 10 minutes with foil off if you prefer a crispier top.
Sweet Potatoes
Instructions
- Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place sweet potatoes in an oven safe covered pan and place in a preheated oven.
- Stir occasionally for even heating.
- Cook times will vary, cook until product reaches a minimum temperature of 160°F.
- Microwave:
- Place sweet potatoes in microwavable container and cover.
- Stir potatoes and rotate container during heating. Heating time will vary depending on microwave wattage.
- Heat in 5-minute increments, stir, and repeat until product reaches a minimum temperature of 160°F.
Scalloped Potatoes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover. Cover with aluminum foil, place container on baking tray & heat in oven for 30 minutes or until hot Caution: Product and container will be hot. Do Not Broil. Do not use a toaster oven.
Green Bean Casserole
Empty green bean casserole into a pan. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees covered for about 25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Uncover, top casserole with crispy onions and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Macaroni & Cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Snip one end of the bag and empty contents into oven safe dish. Cover tightly with foil. Heat for 45-55 minutes. Remove and stir. Test for heat (ovens will vary).
Cranberry Relish
Serve warm or cold. If serving warm, cover loosely and heat in mircrowave for a minute, then stir and heat for an additional minute.
King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
Serve warm or cold. If serving warm, wrap loosely in foil and heat in oven at low temp (~250°) for 15 minutes. And don't forget them in the oven. We ALWAYS forget the rolls in the oven.
Take Your Pick: Pumpkin or Apple Pie
Serve warm or cold. If serving warm, cover loosely with foil and heat in 325° oven for 15 minutes before serving.
