Ingredients
2 pkgs (3 oz each) dry ramen noodles, discard seasoning packets
1 cup hot water
1 31/40 count pound medium (31/40 count) peeled and deveined shrimp , thawed if frozen
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1 medium = 1 cup)
1 can (8 oz each) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
1/4 cup La Choy® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 tablespoon La Choy® Soy Sauce
PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
Sliced green onions, optional
Directions
- Preheat gas grill for medium heat. Cut each block of noodles into quarters and place in 8x8-inch baking dish. Pour water over noodles. Turn pieces over after 2 minutes. Meanwhile, stir together shrimp, pepper, pineapple, teriyaki marinade and soy sauce in large bowl.
- Place four 18x12-inch pieces of heavy aluminum foil on counter. Spray each with cooking spray. Divide noodles and any remaining water evenly between pieces of foil. Top with equal amounts of shrimp mixture. Carefully double fold top and ends of each piece of foil, leaving space for steam to gather.
- Place packets on grate; cover grill. Grill 15 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink and noodles are tender. Carefully open packets. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired.
