2 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 can artichokes, halved
4 slices sun dried tomato, chopped
3 slices of smoked deli ham
2 slices Havarti cheese
Butter
Directions
- Liberally butter the outsides of two slices of whole wheat bread.
- Layer Havarti cheese, ham, artichoke hearts, and sun dried tomato on one slice of whole wheat bread.
- Top sandwich with an additional slice of Havarti cheese and slice of whole wheat bread.
- Cook on medium heat, 3 minutes per side or until cheese is melted.
