Ingredients
12 oz. whole milk, cold
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
  • Combine all ingredients in a tall glass and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Tip: Superfine sugar, sometimes called baker’s or castor sugar, is simply sugar that has been ground into finer crystals than regular granulated. This helps it dissolve more quickly in liquids. You can find it in the baking section of the grocery store.
  • Tip: To rim the glass in cinnamon sugar, pour 1 tablespoon maple syrup in a saucer. In another saucer, combine 2 tablespoons sugar with 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon. Dip the rim of a glass in the maple syrup and then in the cinnamon sugar.
  • Tip: For some fun garnishes, try topping your snickerdoodle milk with whipped cream, a sprinkling of cinnamon and crumbled snickerdoodle cookies. Cut a small wedge out of a snickerdoodle cookie and hang it on the side of the glass for dipping.
