Mini Shrimp Tostadas with Air Fried Shrimp

Ingredients
1 package of Gorton’s Air Fried Shrimp
Large round tortilla chips
1 tbsp queso fresco
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
Lime wedges
Hot sauce to drizzle
2 ripe avocados
1 tbsp red onion diced
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno diced
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl smash the avocados using a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together. Keep it refrigerated.
- Cook the shrimps in an air fryer as per package instructions.
- Spread the tortilla chips.
- Top with one teaspoon of guacamole and a crispy shrimp.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro and queso fresco, hot sauce and serve
