1 1/2 oz PatrĂ³n Tequila
3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 oz simple syrup
Sugar rim
Directions
Rub the rim of a coupe or martini glass with a lemon wedge; set aside. Combine tequila, lemon juice, and simple syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into prepared glass. Use a vegetable peeler to cut a wide piece of lemon peel as garnish, if desired.
