1 oz mezcal
1 oz tomato juice
.5 oz lime
.25 oz Worcestershire
1 can Mexican beer
Tajin, salt, sugar, grape tomato, dill, lime, jalapeño, for garnish
Directions
- Wet the rim of a pint glass with a lime wedge or wheel, then dip into a mixture of salt/sugar/Tajin.
- Combine mezcal, tomato juice, lime juice, and Worcestershire in a shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rimmed pint glass.
- Top off with Mexican beer, add ice, and garnish as desired.
