6 oz fresh blackberries
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 graham crackers, roughly crushed

- Blend cottage cheese, honey, vanilla, and all but four of the blackberries until smooth. Pour into freezer-safe container and mix in lemon zest and 2/3 of the graham crackers. Top with remaining blackberries and graham crackers. Freeze until firm, about 8 hours.
