Ingredients
8 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese
8 oz. BelGioioso CreamyGorg cheese
5 seedless dates, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon pink peppercorns
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
  1. Allow BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese to soften at room temp.
  2. Combine Belgioioso Mascarpone, BelGioioso CreamyGorg, chopped dates, garlic salt and sriracha sauce in mixer and mix on low until smooth texture. Form into ball and place in freezer for 15 minutes and allow to firm up.
  3. Combine peppercorns, chives and chopped walnuts.
  4. Remove cheese ball from freezer and coat with walnut peppercorn blend. Finish with honey on top if preferred.
  5. Serve with toasted crostini or crackers.
