Dill Pickle Dip

8 ounces Essential Everyday cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Essential Everyday Mayonnaise
3/4 cup finely chopped Essential Everyday dill pickles
2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to tasteE
Directions
- Add cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise to a mixing bowl.
- Use an electric mixer to beat together until smooth.
- Stir in the pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Serve right away or refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving. Great for dipping chips, pretzels, fresh vegetables.
