2 cups Essential Everyday Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese divided
Chopped tomatoes
Essential Everyday Sour Cream
1 1.25 ounce packet Essential Everyday Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup Essential Everyday Medium Thick And Chunky Salsa
3 16 ounce containers Essential Everyday Refrigerated Buttermilk Jumbo Biscuits Dough
Ground beef, 1 lb.
Directions
STEP 1
In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble beef until no longer pink; drain.
STEP 2
Add seasoning according to package directions; stir in salsa and 1 cup cheese. Set aside.
STEP 3
Using 2 (12 count) greased muffin pans, press biscuits into each well and up sides. Fill with taco meat and top with remaining cheese.
STEP 4
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
