1 cup Essential Everyday White Quinoa rinsed
1/4 teaspoon Essential Everyday Ground Cinnamon

Directions
STEP 1
In medium saucepan, combine milk, peaches, cinnamon and salt; bring to a boil.
STEP 2
Add quinoa and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed, stirring occasionally.
STEP 3
Serve with a dollop of yogurt, if desired.
