Strawberry-Basil Crumble

Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
6 cups halved fresh strawberries
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1 pouch Betty Crocker™ oatmeal cookie mix
½ cup butter, softened
Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed, if desired
Fresh basil leaves, if desired
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix sugar and cornstarch. Stir in strawberries and chopped basil. Spoon into baking dish.
- In medium bowl, stir cookie mix and butter with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over strawberry mixture.
- Bake 50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve warm with whipped topping. Garnish with basil leaves.
