Ingredients
1 package scalloped potatoes (4.7 ounce)
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup half & half
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups diced ham
2 cups frozen cut broccoli
1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions (6 ounce)
Directions
  1. In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes and cheese packet, boiling water, half & half, butter, ham, broccoli, cheese and ½ the fried onions.
  2. Transfer to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Top with remaining fried onions; continue baking 5 minutes.
