1/4 cup granulated sugar
Zest from 1 lemon
2 oz Absolut Citron vodka
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
4 fresh raspberries, 1 muddled
Directions
- Combine sugar and zest on a small plate. Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass with a cut lemon, then twist the rim into the lemon sugar.
- Add vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup, muddled raspberry, and a handful of ice to a cock tail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds or until very cold. Strain into the prepared martini glass, garnish with remaining raspberries on a toothpick, and serve.
