2 pkgs (14 oz each) Gorton’s Popcorn Shrimp
8 mini soft white rolls
4 tablespoons sriracha mayo
4 teaspoons white sesame seeds, garnish
1/2 cup sliced iceberg lettuce, garnish
Directions
- Arrange a package of shrimp in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through. Repeat with a second package.
- To assemble, slice mini soft rolls through the top, without cutting all the way through, add shredded iceberg lettuce, pile in shrimp, top with sriracha mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
