Ingredients
15 Kraft caramels
1 block cream cheese (8 oz)
1/4 cup butter, divided
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt 3 tbsp of butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press evenly into the bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin pan cups to make the crusts.
  3. Beat Philadelphia® cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl with a mixer until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just blended. Pour mixture evenly over the crusts.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until centers of cheesecakes are almost set; let cool completely.
  5. Refrigerate cheesecakes for 3 hours.
  6. Before serving, melt remaining 1 tbsp butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add apples and cinnamon; stir to combine. Cook for 5 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring frequently. Remove saucepan from heat and set aside.
  7. Microwave Kraft™ caramels and 1 tbsp of water in large microwaveable bowl on high for 45 seconds or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended when stirred. Add to apples and mix well. Cool slightly.
  8. Spoon apple mixture over cheesecakes just before serving.
