Lemon Dill Avocado Yogurt Dip
This is great for entertaining. Just one avocado can go a long way. It’s very fresh and light and also great to serve with shrimp as an alternative to cocktail sauce.

Lemon Dill Avocado Yogurt Dip

1 bag Wild Harvest tortilla chips
1 avocado
1/4 cup Woodstock lemon dill aioli
2 tablespoons fresh dill
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
Directions
- In a food processor or with a stick blender, add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, avocado (peeled and pitted), and lemon dill aioli. Blend until smooth.
- Place in a bowl and top with some fresh dill.
- If not serving immediately, refrigerate with a thin layer of lemon juice on top, then mix in before serving. This will prevent the avocado dip from turning color.
