1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon McCormickâ„¢ Dill Weed
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 cup Carapelli organic extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed, lemon zest, sugar, salt and garlic.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil.
Season with more lemon juice and salt, if necessary.
