1 bag Impossible Meatballs
1 cup spinach
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 pound rigatoni
Directions
- Prepare the Impossible meatballs, rigatoni and your favorite jarred Alfredo sauce according to package directions.
- Once everything is hot, combine it back into the empty pasta pot and throw in fresh spinach. Cover and let sit at room temp. for a few minutes so spinach wilts slightly.
- Spoon into bowls and serve immediately.
