Ingredients
3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows, divided
1 pkg (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
1 pkg (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (about 3 cups), thawed, divided
1 pkg (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, finely chopped, divided
Directions
- Microwave 2 cups marshmallows in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted when stirred.
- Add cream cheese; beat with mixer until blended.
- Add dry pudding mix; mix well. Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition.
- Whisk in 2-1/2 cups COOL WHIP and 1/2 cup chopped chocolate.
- Spoon dip into serving bowl. Add remaining COOL WHIP; swirl gently with spoon to marbleize.
- Refrigerate 1 hr. Top with remaining chocolate and marshmallows before serving.
