Horseradish Chive Aioli
Dress up any dish with this tangy horseradish chive aioli. A great sauce to compliment roasts, sandwiches, cooked veggies and potatoes in all forms.

Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Carapelli organic extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, mustard, sugar and salt.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the chives.
Taste and season with more lemon juice and salt, if necessary.
