Easy Chocolate Molten Cake

Ingredients
2/3 cup Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chips
1/3 cup whipping cream
1 package Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. Prepare 8 six oz. ramekins or oven safe custard cups by lightly greasing with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. For Filling: Place chocolate chips in a small bowl. Heat whipping cream just until low boil and pour over chips. Stir until chocolate chips have melted and mixture is smooth. Place in refrigerator until firm.
  4. For Cake: In medium bowl stir together brownie mix, water, oil and egg until blended. Divide half the batter evenly into prepared ramekins. Spoon rounded table- spoon of filling gently over batter in each ramekin. Spoon remaining batter over filling.
  5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar, a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
