Ingredients
1 pkg (10 ounces) frozen peas
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tsp sugar
Fried onions, if desired
Directions
- Cook peas per package directions. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour. Add cream, sugar, and season to taste. Bring to a boil; stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Drain peas; stir into sauce and heat through. Top with fried onions.
