Cream Cheese and Roasted Tomato Dip

Ingredients
2 cups cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
1 block cream cheese (8 oz)
1 package goat cheese (1 oz)
1 cup marinara sauce
Directions
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Combine tomatoes, garlic, crushed pepper and 1 Tbsp. oil in 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and goat cheese in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add pasta sauce to tomato mixture; mix well. Top with large spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 15 to 20 min. or until dip is heated through. Remove from oven.
- Drizzle with remaining oil.
