Ingredients
1 cup cherry preserves
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions
- In a small saucepan over high heat, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce to medium-low and cook until sauce coats the back of a spoon, 4-6 minutes. Set aside one-third of the sauce for serving, brush another third of the mixture on ham during the last 20 minutes of baking, brush final third on just before serving.
