Cheesy Potatoes

3 tablespoons butter
1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt

3 tablespoons flour
30 oz frozen hashbrowns
1 container (8 oz) Old Home sour cream
8 ounce + 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
Directions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until translucent (~3-5 mins)
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and mix until well combined. Add flour and milk, mix and cook until the sauce is thick and creamy (~10 mins)
- Add hashbrowns, sour cream, 8 oz cheddar cheese and cream sauce to a large bowl and mix until well combined
- Pour into a large pan and spread evenly. Top with with 1 cup cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips
- Bake at 350 for 30 mins and ENJOY!
