My Cub Rewards™ Program
The My Cub Rewards™ Program (“Program”) is a program which allows customers to earn fuel discounts on their qualifying purchases at participating Cub® locations. Fuel discounts can be redeemed for fuel purchases at participating Holiday Stationstores®. See cub.com/rewards to locate participating Cub® locations and participating Holiday Stationstores®.
How to Enroll
To enroll in the My Cub Rewards Program, you may complete an enrollment form at any participating Cub location, online at cub.com/rewards or by calling 855-282-366 3. There is no enrollment fee and no purchase required in order to become a member of the My Cub Rewards Program. A membership kit will be provided to you after you complete the enrollment process. The kit will contain your My Cub Rewards™ Card and membership number. You may begin using your membership immediately after you complete the enrollment process. Each My Cub Rewards™ Card has a distinctive member number ascribed to it which will be registered to the member’s name and associated with the member’s account. Only one (1) My Cub Rewards account and member number per person is permitted at any given time. The My Cub Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law
Eligibility
The My Cub Rewards Program is open to all Cub customers, at participating Cub locations, ages eighteen (18) years and older. Employees of SUPERVALU INC, Cub, and Cub Franchisees are also eligible to participate in the Program in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the current SUPERVALU My Team Rewards Program. By enrolling in the Program, you are agreeing to the Program Terms and Conditions and the Cub Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.cub.com/myrewards.
How to Earn Fuel Discounts
Just scan your My Cub Rewards Card or provide your secure card-less id number each time you make a purchase at a participating Cub location and you will earn a $0.10 off per gallon fuel discount for every $100 in qualifying purchases. You don’t need to spend all $100 at once. Your qualifying purchases add up automatically. Upon reaching $100 in qualifying purchases, you will see the fuel discounts on your register receipt. You may obtain your fuel discounts balance by visiting http://www.cub.com/myrewards or calling us at 855-282-3663.
Only one (1) My Cub Rewards Card can be used in any one (1) transaction. If you are placing an order online or by phone, be sure to provide your My Cub Rewards Card number when you complete your order. The net amount of prescription purchases after all insurance, Medicaid, Medicare or any other third party payment will qualify towards fuel discounts. Qualifying nonprescription purchases you make at participating Cub Pharmacies™ are eligible for earning fuel discounts. Fuel discounts may be earned on select gift card purchases. See each respective gift card for details, terms, conditions and (if applicable) fees. Qualifying purchases exclude purchases of money orders, postage stamps, lottery tickets, wire transfer services, bill pay services, Cub proprietary gift cards, Visa® brand gift cards, MasterCard® brand gift cards, American Express® brand gift cards, alcohol, tobacco, products and services which are sold at face value as a convenience for our customers, and certain fluid dairy products (where prohibited by law). Fuel discounts cannot be doubled, tripled, quadrupled or exchanged for cash. Fuel discounts will only be issued during the transaction in which they were earned in participating Cub locations. Purchases made at Holiday Stationstores do not earn fuel discounts. If register receipts are copied or transferred, the fuel discount on any such receipt are deemed void. In the event of return, fuel discounts may be deducted from your fuel discount balance.
Redeeming Fuel Discounts
Your fuel discounts will be tracked electronically on your My Cub Rewards Card. To redeem your fuel discounts, you may swipe your My Cub Rewards Card at the fuel pump or provide your My Cub Rewards Card to the employee inside participating Holiday Stationstores* (see exceptions below). Process at the pump:
Step 1: Swipe your credit/debit card or press “Pay Inside”.
Step 2: When asked for “Cub Rewards” press “Yes”.
Step 3: Swipe your My Cub Rewards card.
Step 4: Press “Yes” to accept discount amount shown and the price will drop automatically! *Exceptions: At the Holiday Stationstores listed below, you must swipe your My Cub Rewards Card at the pump prior to fueling.

Fuel discounts must be redeemed no later than thirty (30) days after issuance. The expiration date will appear on the register receipt for the transaction in which the fuel discounts were earned. Fuel discounts are cents per gallon discounts that are only valid on the purchase of gasoline and diesel fuel. Fuel discounts are limited to twenty (20) gallons of fuel per purchase, per vehicle in a single fuel transaction. The pump will stop at twenty (20) gallons, and the fuel discounts applied to that transaction will be deducted from your balance. If you wish to purchase additional fuel, you must start a new transaction. Any fuel discounts applied to a fuel transaction will be considered fully redeemed even if less than twenty (20) gallons are purchased in that transaction. Fuel discounts redeemed in a single fuel transaction cannot exceed a cumulative total of $1.50 per gallon. Fuel discounts in excess of $1.50 will be retained on your My Cub Rewards Card account for a future use prior to expiration of those fuel discounts. Fuel discounts may not be transferred to other My Cub Rewards accounts and must be redeemed using the same My Cub Rewards Card that was used at the time the fuel discounts were earned.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information associated with your My Cub Rewards account. Cub reserves the right to make promotional offers available to select My Cub Rewards customers based on shopping activity, geographic location, My Cub Rewards Program participation, demographics or other lawful criteria in its sole discretion.
You may also receive exclusive savings offers through the mail and email from Cub. If you do not want the exclusive savings offers, you may opt out by updating your profile and account preferences either online at cub.com/rewards, by calling 855-282-3663 or sending a letter to:

Modifications and Termination of My Cub Rewards
Cub reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including the type or amount of qualifying purchases required to earn fuel discounts, the amount of fuel discounts issued, and any of the options available to you on your My Cub Rewards account at any time at its sole discretion, with or without notice, unless otherwise required by law, even though these changes may affect your ability to accumulate or use fuel discounts. Your continued participation in the My Cub Rewards Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that Cub may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will supersede all previous versions and will be available online at cub.com/rewards or can be obtained by sending a letter to:

Cub also reserves the right to terminate the My Cub Rewards Program at any time, for any reason, at any or all participating locations, with or without notice, even though termination may affect your ability to accumulate or use fuel discounts. General Terms and Conditions Cub reserves the right to terminate your My Cub Rewards account if you engage in any fraudulent activity or use your My Cub Rewards Card in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or any federal, state or local laws, statutes, or ordinances. Cub reserves the right to refuse to issue a My Cub Rewards Card to any customer. Discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated fuel discounts. In addition to discontinuing membership, Cub shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion. Fuel discounts are not your property and may be revoked at any time as set forth herein. Your My Cub Rewards Card may not be transferred or assigned. Fuel discounts are also not transferable upon death or as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise except by operation of law. Cub is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by you while participating in the My Cub Rewards Program. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the My Cub Rewards Program, earning or redeeming fuel discounts or your compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by Cub in its sole discretion. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or your rights and obligations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Cub and you. They supersede all prior or other arrangements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect. The My Cub Rewards Card is issued by SUPERVALU INC. Limitation of Liability SUPERVALU INC., Holiday Stationstores Inc. and each of their wholly-owned subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and agencies (“Releasees”) are not responsible (a) for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information; (b) for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the My Cub Rewards Program; (c) for any human error; (d) for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission; (e) for problems relating to computer equipment or software, inability to access the Terms and Conditions or any online service, or (f) for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction. In the event of a printing error or problem with any items purchased with My Cub Rewards, Releasees shall not have any liability. UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL ANY OF THE RELEASEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM MY CUB REWARDS PROGRAM, OR FUEL PURCHASED WITH FUEL DISCOUNT, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE FOREGOING OR ANY OF THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
