Chopped Chicken Cobb Sandwich

3 romaine leaves
1/2 cup arugula
5 slices Kretschmar Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
2 slices tomato
2 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked
1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1 tablespoon cup crumbled blue cheese
1 green onions
1 hard-boiled eggs
3 slices ripe avocado
2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
1 hoagie roll
Directions
- Place the romaine, chicken, tomatoes, bacon, cucumber blue cheese, green onion and eggs on a large cutting board.
- Chop up all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
- Add blue cheese dressing and avocado to the top of the chopped mixture.
- Chop and mix until the ingredients are well combined. Spoon into hoagie roll.
