Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Kabobs

Ingredients
1 lb boneless pork tenderloin
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red sweet onion
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Directions
- Pre-heat your grill to medium-high. Remove pork tenderloin from package and pat dry. Cut into 1-2 inch chunks and place in a bowl with teriyaki sauce. Let marinate while cutting up the peppers and onions.
- Alternate chunks of meat and vegetables onto skewers. Place the skewers on the grill and sear on all sides. Then turn the grill down to low and close the cover, cooking over indirect heat for 15-20 minutes until the internal temp of the pork is between 145-160°F. Remove from grill and serve.
