Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Korean Nachos

Ingredients
2 bags (8.5 oz each ) Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
1 lb ground beef
1 cup Korean BBQ sauce
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup kimchi
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
3 eggs, sunny side up
1/4 cup sriracha mayo
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Spread Flamin’ Hot Cheetos onto a large serving tray. In a medium skillet, cook ground beef and stir in jarred Korean BBQ Sauce until heated through. Evenly spread over Cheetos and top with cheddar cheese, Kimchi, green onions, and cilantro. Fry eggs and carefully place on top. Drizzle with sriracha mayo and toasted sesame seeds to serve.
