1 lb boneless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package stir fry vegetables
Stir Fry sauce
Directions
- Cut the chicken thighs into 1-2 inch strips. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium heat, adding the chicken and cooking for 3-5 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken and set aside.
- Prepare the stir fry vegetables according to package directions. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet with the vegetables and stir fry sauce and stir to combine.
