Ingredients
1/2 cup Wild Harvest unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large Wild Harvest eggs
1/2 cup Wild Harvest tahini
1 teaspoon Wild Harvest vanilla extract
1/2 cup Wild Harvest all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup Wild Harvest tahini
2 tablespoons Wild Harvest powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons Wild Harvest milk or water
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or over low heat in a saucepan. Allow it to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined. Add the eggs, tahini, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Fold the mixture until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the tahini, powdered sugar, and milk or water until smooth.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Dollop the tahini swirl mixture over the top of the brownie batter.
  8. Use a knife or a skewer to create swirls by gently dragging it through the tahini and brownie batter.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is crackly and the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft.
  10. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center of the brownies. It should come out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely before slicing.
