Ingredients
6 oz York mini peppermint patties
2 oz milk
1 tub (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared chocolate cookie crust (6 oz)
Directions
  1. Place peppermint patties and milk in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium/50% for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave an additional 30–60 seconds or just until peppermint patties are melted and smooth when stirred. Cool slightly.
  2. Fold whipped topping into slightly cooled melted mixture and pour into crust.
  3. Cover; freeze 6–8 hours or until firm. Just before serving, garnish with additional mini peppermint patties and whipped topping.
