Air Fryer Frozen Roasted Vegetable

Ingredients
1 lb. total Essential Everyday Frozen Vegetables (broccoli, brussels sprouts, green beans, carrots, cauliflower, etc)
1 tbsp Essential Everyday olive oil
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Ranch dressing (for serving)
Buffalo sauce (for serving)
Sweet and sour sauce (for serving)
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400F.
- Add frozen vegetables to a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
- Transfer to the basket of your air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes, then stir well. Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes, until vegetables are lightly browned and tender.
- Remove from air fryer and serve with dipping sauces of choice.

Directions
