Mongolian Steak, Broccoli & Noodles

Ingredients
1 lb petite sirloin steak
2 cups broccoli
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 package stir fry noodles
Directions
- Slice petite sirloin steak into 1-2 inch strips. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Add soy sauce & oil to a large skillet, adding the steak and cooking for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Remove the cooked steak and set aside. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and saute for 2-3 minutes and then add that to the beef you've set aside.
- Rinse the skillet and then cook stir-fry Noodles according to package instructions in the same pan. Add the cooked steak and broccoli back into the skillet with the noodles.
- Gently combine and warm over medium heat for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is hot and the broccoli is tender.
