1 bag Impossible Meatballs
1 cup spinach
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 pound rigatoni
Directions
  1. Prepare the Impossible meatballs, rigatoni and your favorite jarred Alfredo sauce according to package directions.
  2. Once everything is hot, combine it back into the empty pasta pot and throw in fresh spinach. Cover and let sit at room temp. for a few minutes so spinach wilts slightly.
  3. Spoon into bowls and serve immediately.
