1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1 pkg (5.2 oz) garlic and herb cheese spread
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F. Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
- Combine cranberries, parsley and nuts in shallow dish.
- Shape garlic and herb cheese spread into 28, teaspoon-full balls. Roll in cranberry mixture until evenly coated. Place on crackers; bake 2–3 minutes.
