Hot Buttered Rum Mix

1 qt vanilla ice cream, softened
1 lb Land O Lakes Butter, softened
1 lb powdered sugar
1 lb brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add brown sugar and powdered sugar, whisking until smooth. Remove from the heat. Add ice cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until incorporated. Store refrigerated up to 2 weeks, or frozen for up to 1 month.
- To make a drink, fill a mug with 2 tablespoons batter, 2 ounces rum, and top with boiling water. Garnish with ground nutmeg if desired.
