Butter Toffee Popcorn

Ingredients
10 cups air-popped popcorn
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
Directions
- Place popcorn in a large bowl. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and corn syrup; bring to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda (mixture will foam). Pour over popcorn; stir to coat. Pour popcorn mixture on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet; spread out evenly. Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 250° F for about 30 minutes or until golden. Microwave morsels in small, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 30 to 40 seconds; stir until smooth. If necessary, microwave at additional 10-second intervals. Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn.
