S'mores Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients
1 premade 10-inch graham cracker pie crust
2/3 cup HERSHEY’S milk chocolate chips
2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup marshmallow crème
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
Large marshmallows, for garnish
HERSHEY’s chocolate bars, for garnish
HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Place graham cracker crust on large, rimmed baking sheet. Spread chocolate chips in an even layer on the bottom of the crust. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed, stopping to scrape side occasionally, until smooth. Add sugar, marshmallow crème, sour cream, and vanilla, beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 1 minute after each addition. Pour batter into the crust, over the chips.
- Bake pie for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Set the pie on a wire rack and cool completely, 1- 2 hours. Then cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Set oven to Broil. Place a rack 6-inches below the broiler. Arrange the marshmallows on top of the pie. Place pie under the broiler for 1 minute, or just until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Break up the graham crackers and chocolate bars into large pieces and arrange between the marshmallows. Cut into slices and serve.
