Green Goddess BLT Ravioli
It doesn’t get much easier than this. Simple packaged ravioli, bottled avocado green goddess dressing, halved cherry tomatoes, baby spinach and chopped cooked bacon turn simple ingredients into a fun and fresh dinner – tons of flavor, barely any work. It’s what all summer cooking should be.

Green Goddess BLT Ravioli

Ingredients
1 family-size package (20 ounces) Rana Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli
3/4 cup avocado green goddess dressing
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
2 cups baby spinach leaves
6 slices chopped, cooked bacon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Prepare ravioli according to package directions; drain thoroughly.
- Place ravioli in large bowl. Add dressing and salt; gently turn to coat. Gently stir in tomatoes, spinach and bacon.
TIPS:
- Make it your own! Instead of avocado green goddess dressing, use your favorite vinaigrette or dressing.
- Can’t find the family-sized pack of ravioli? You can use two 10-oz packages instead.
- For the prettiest presentation, cut cherry tomatoes in half through the stem end or cut off stem end before halving.
- To save time, purchase pre-cooked bacon.
