1 lb boneless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package stir fry vegetables
Stir Fry sauce
Directions
  1. Cut the chicken thighs into 1-2 inch strips. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium heat, adding the chicken and cooking for 3-5 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken and set aside.
  2. Prepare the stir fry vegetables according to package directions. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet with the vegetables and stir fry sauce and stir to combine.
