Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb refrigerated or frozen mashed potatoes
1 can (8.5 oz) sweet corn
1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F Heat large skillet on medium-high. Cook ground beef and stir, breaking apart pieces, until completely cooked through.
  2. Heat mashed potatoes, per package directions.
  3. To the skillet, add corn (do not drain), tomato soup, and 1 teaspoon Dijon; stir until combined. Cook mixture 5 minutes, or until sauce is reduced and slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Divide evenly among four plates and top with mashed potatoes to serve.
