Spicy Shrimp and Sausage Skewers with Cajun Lemon Dip

Ingredients
1 lb (16–20) cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined, tail-on
7 oz Andouille sausage
2 tsp olive oil
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 skewers
Directions
- Set oven to broil. Pat shrimp dry. Add to large bowl; toss with olive oil and 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning.
- Slice Andouille the same thickness as shrimp, then tuck sausage slices between the curve of shrimp and skewer. Place on a baking sheet.
- For dipping sauce, combine mayonnaise, remaining tablespoon Cajun seasoning, and lemon juice in a bowl and refrigerate.
- Broil skewers 4–5 minutes per side, watching closely.
