Sheet Pan Tilapia and Veggies with Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
4 tilapia or other mild-flavored fish fillets (4- 5 oz each), thawed if frozen
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 bag (16 oz) frozen broccoli stir-fry blend vegetables
1 cup P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Sesame Sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Place an oven rack 4 to 6 inches from broiler element. Set oven control to broil. Line 18x13-inch rimmed sheet pan with foil; coat with cooking spray.
- Place fish on pan; brush with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt. In large bowl, mix vegetables with 3/4 cup of the sauce.
- Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Drizzle fish and vegetables with remaining ¼ cup of sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and top with cilantro.
