2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped mint or cilantro leaves (or both)
1 hot red chile or serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped
Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, and salt. Add cabbage, mint, cilantro, and chile. Toss to coat.
