Ingredients
16 oz Velveeta Cheese
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
8 oz fresh chorizo, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Directions
- Cut Velveeta into ½-inch cubes and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown chorizo, and crumble. Set aside.
- Combine Velveeta and undrained tomatoes in the same skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until melted completely, 4-6 minutes.
- Stir in chorizo. Cook, stirring until hot, 1-2 minutes.
- Top with green onions.
