1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
2 slices Kretschmar provolone cheese
2 slices Kretschmar Off the Bone Honey Ham
3 slices Kretschmar Pepperoni
2 slices Kretschmar Salami
2 slices tomato
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon banana peppers
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 hoagie roll
Directions
- Place the shredded lettuce, provolone cheese slices, ham, pepperoni, salami, tomato slices, red onion, and banana peppers onto a large cutting board.
- Chop up all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
- Add mayonnaise, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, plus salt, and pepper to the top of the chopped mixture.
- Chop and mix until the ingredients are well combined. Spoon into hoagie roll.
