Air Fryer Teriyaki Cashew Chicken Bowls

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups instant brown rice
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4 in. chunks
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup whole cashews
1 bag (12oz) frozen broccoli florets
1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
1/4 cup sliced green onions for garnish
Directions
  1. Prepare brown rice according to package directions.
  2. Place chicken in air fryer basket and coat with cooking spray. Cook at 375°F for 8 minutes. Transfer chicken to a bowl, toss with teriyaki sauce, cashews, and broccoli. Transfer everything to air fryer and cook until browned and cooked through, 8–10 minutes.
  3. Serve chicken over rice. Sprinkle with ses- ame seeds and green onion, if desired.
